got the Monome and Flash on speaking terms a couple days ago. got it to do something besides trace(returned_xml); photos are from our recent trip to the Netherlands. each one gets assigned to a monome button on load.

thats killer.
any thoughts towards keeping a bay or two of buttons free for image controls? zoom, pan, pagination, etc...
are the lights boolean in brightness, or could you have a bank of dim lights that click off as you view photos in the album?

Yeah, controls would be dope for sure. Working on an audio one that's sort of like that.
RE brightness: i can set the brightness of the whole grid 0-255 but i haven't gotten the brightness of individual buttons to work yet but yeah, working on it. I think i might just need to laern how to read the serial docs correctly.
